  • Collaborate closely with business partners to optimize outcomes and deliver exceptional value to clients.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships to ensure satisfaction and meet contracted objectives.
  • Support strategic leadership efforts on priority accounts by providing insightful guidance and assistance.
  • Leverage connections with senior leadership to enhance service delivery and client engagement.

  • Advanced proficiency in Service Management Governance.
  • A minimum of 5 of experience in relevant related skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
