Job Summary:

Coordinate healthcare technology projects from initiation through go-live and closure. You will keep scope, timeline, actions, risks and stakeholders aligned, while working closely with hospitals and Encore Med's product, technical and customer teams.

Job Requirements:

● Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action logs and status reports.

● Coordinate internal teams, customers, vendors and other stakeholders to complete agreed deliverables.

● Track scope, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions and changes; escalate concerns early with options.

● Organise project meetings, document minutes and ensure owners close actions on time.

● Support site readiness, configuration, testing, training, deployment, go-live and handover activities.

● Manage project documentation, sign-offs, acceptance evidence and closure records.

● Monitor project effort and commercial commitments and flag potential schedule or cost impact.

● Communicate progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

● Capture lessons learned and improve delivery templates and processes.

● Travel to customer sites and support scheduled after-hours deployment when required.

Job Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Healthcare or a related field.

● Fresh graduates with strong internship, leadership or project-coordination exposure are welcome; 2-3 years of project experience is advantageous.

● Strong organisation, communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.

● Able to manage several workstreams, deadlines and stakeholders with attention to detail.

● Exposure to Agile, Jira, Microsoft Project, healthcare implementation or enterprise software is a plus.

● PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or other project certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
