Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables are achieved.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings, track action items, and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, cost, and resources, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Support NPI and manufacturing-related projects, ensuring successful and timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience, preferably in new energy, battery, automotive, or high-end manufacturing industries.
• Experience managing NPI projects from 0 to 1 is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese/Mandarin.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is an advantage.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or SAP PM is preferred.
