Responsible for leading and delivering complex digital initiatives that drive business outcomes, enhance customer experience, and support the organization digital strategy. The role ensures projects are executed end-to-end with strong governance, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined delivery, while balancing speed, quality, cost, and risk.
Role Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute assigned digital projects from initiation to closure; define scope, timelines, milestones, and resources; track progress against plan and manage dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, and vendors; facilitate working-level discussions; manage expectations and communication.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; maintain risk and issue logs; escalate blockers appropriately with mitigation plans.
- Prepare project updates, status reports, and materials for governance forums; ensure adherence to delivery standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners; track project costs, invoices, and budgets; ensure contractual deliverables are met.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana, with a foundational understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt to evolving digital project requirements during sprint execution.
- High attention to detail in documentation, defect logging, and version control management.
