We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Loan Origination System (LOS) implementations and Hybrid Cloud transformation projects. The role requires strong expertise in banking technology, risk and compliance frameworks, and cloud migration strategies, with proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Loan Origination System projects across retail and corporate banking.
- Drive Hybrid Cloud implementation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration between on‑premise and cloud environments.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation aligned with business priorities.
- Stakeholder Management
- Engage business, IT, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders to gather requirements and align expectations.
- Provide regular updates through dashboards, reports, and governance meetings.
- Act as the single point of contact for project escalations and issue resolution.
- Functional & Technical Oversight
- Oversee requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional documentation (BRD, FRD).
- Ensure LOS workflows comply with credit risk, Basel III, and regulatory mandates.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers for cloud migration, security, and performance optimization.
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Define SIT/UAT strategy, test cases, and validation scenarios for LOS and cloud components.
- Manage defect lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and transparent reporting.
- Validate integrations with core banking, risk, and compliance systems.
- Risk & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, data protection, and regulatory frameworks.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in IT project management within banking/financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (Finacle, Temenos, or equivalent).
- Hands‑on experience in Hybrid Cloud implementation (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Familiarity with Basel III, credit risk, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
- PMP/Prince2 or Agile certification preferred.
