Project Manager

Our client is a growing brand experience design consultancy working with organisations across healthcare, hospitality, property development, and other complex service industries.

They are looking for a Project Coordinator to support client engagements and ensure multiple workstreams stay aligned, on track, and properly communicated across stakeholders.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for keeping client engagements moving day to day. This includes gathering requirements, coordinating across departments, tracking risks and progress, and acting as a key communication point between the consulting team and client stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather operational and functional requirements across different client departments
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure stakeholders are working from the latest information
• Maintain project risk logs and provide regular progress updates and reporting
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, governance meetings, and cross-functional working sessions
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact between the engagement team and client department leads
• Identify and escalate emerging risks, issues, and dependencies before they impact delivery
• Support the engagement team in maintaining project timelines and overall delivery

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, client services, or a similar role
• Experience working within a consulting, agency, or client-facing environment
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams
• Confident communicating with stakeholders across different departments and functions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to track actions, risks, deadlines, and dependencies
• Experience working in healthcare or another regulated/operationally complex industry is an advantage
• Familiarity with project management, tracking, or resource planning tools is an advantage
