Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to work with engineers to ensure the start-to-finish delivery of projects
- Responsible to work with Service Coordinator to oversee all services and project delivered technical services team
- Responsible for delivery of projects of a high quality, within budget and according to agreed schedule. Required to track the overall completion for all assigned projects.
- Be the point of contact for project closure, responsible to work with Ops team to ensure smooth closure of projects.
- Ability to handle, communicate stakeholders via remote means.
- Identify, assess, and manage the risks of the project and take appropriate mitigation with the assigned resources.
- Facilitate project escalation processes and recommendation.
- Ensures timely submission of reports for projects for updates, billing milestone and signoff
- Work closely with technical leads to ensure timely closure of contractual milestone for billing
- Attention to details is a must, coupled with a can-do attitude.
- Leverage platform to record project-related in ERP system for project details, timesheet assignment. The project performance tracking (schedule and utilization, delivery skillset improvement, etc) will leverage other tools
- To be involved in key account as single contact of person for project scope, time & material scope and aligning internal resources with customer request (example to triage alignment between customer and internal support, sales and presale team)
- To assist in customer satisfaction activities related to projects, via survey and meetings
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related
- Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification, and either PMP or PRINCE2 as basic/foundation
- A minimum of five (5) years of leading the projects and implementation activities, portfolio
- Create and manage project methodology documents and templates for RFP submission and project delivery stage
- Involved in cloud related project migration, optimization, asset, spending, etc, and project milestone negotiations.
