Project Manager (Delivery)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Delivery) with a strong foundation in Project Management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high quality outcomes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead cross functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive project success in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact delivery.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to foster professional development.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong Project Management knowledge and experience, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in managing projects in a technology or software development environment.
• Familiarity with change management processes.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with stakeholder management and engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivery.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project financials and budgeting.
