Project Manager

We are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of SaaS implementation projects.

This role combines project management and business analysis, owning timelines, requirements, and stakeholder alignment from discovery through go-live. You'll work closely with customers, product, and engineering teams to translate business needs into clear solutions and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects
• Plan and manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, and delivery KPIs
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and user stories
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams
• Align product, engineering, QA, and design teams on requirements and delivery
• Run project meetings (kick-offs, stand-ups, reviews, UAT, steering sessions)
• Manage change requests and impact analysis
• Ensure smooth go-live and handover to BAU / Customer Success
• Establish and improve delivery processes, templates, and governance

Key Requirements

• 5–8+ years experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or hybrid delivery roles
• Proven track record delivering SaaS / software implementation projects
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, Agile/Scrum, and delivery lifecycle management
• Excellent stakeholder, customer, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Experience in a mid-sized or scaling SaaS company
• Familiarity with project tracking tools and delivery frameworks
• Exposure to APIs, cloud platforms, or system integrations
• Nice to have: PM / PMO certification
