Job Description :
- At least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects and system implementation / enhancement, with at least 3 full lifecycle of system implementation.
- Technical project management skills, preferably with experience in managing transformation projects related to Core Insurance system (AS400), insurance products launch, Insurance Point-of-Sales systems (POS), Agent/Customer/Claim Portal, Corporate Websites and Data Lake.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience or domain expertise in GI/Life insurance products, Digital, big data, analytics, AI, infra and cloud.
- Experience in managing at least 5 full-time team members, excluding the implementation vendor.
- Familiarity with Bank Negara Malaysia's Risk Management in Technology (RMiT) guidelines, ensuring compliance and effective risk controls in technology initiatives.
- Experience in driving and managing RFP end to end process will be added advantage. E.g. to work closely with cross-functional team to prepare RFP pack, evaluating vendor proposals and overseeing the selection process.
Proven ability to develop comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and strategic alignment with organizational objectives will be an added advantage
