Job Description

Position Summary

Tag is a global creative production studio, part of the Dentsu network, delivering end-to-end marketing content for some of the world's leading brands. This role sits within a dedicated account team supporting a leading global consumer electronics brand on a high-volume CRM and digital communications programme spanning multiple Southeast Asian and Pacific markets.

We are looking for a Project Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience who is as comfortable managing relationships as they are managing workflows. This is a client-facing production role at the heart of a centralised regional studio model, where your markets will be looking to you as their primary point of contact and their confidence in the programme will be shaped by every interaction they have with you.

The day-to-day is operational including managing brief intake and debriefs, coordinating the studio team, tracking progress, and ensuring delivery across multiple markets and time zones. If you are an experienced project manager who combines operational rigour with genuine relationship intelligence, thrives in a fast-moving, high-volume production environment, and takes pride in making complex multi-market programmes run smoothly, this role is for you.

Position Responsibilities

Client & Market Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned markets, managing brief intake, stakeholder communication, and day-to-day client relationships with professionalism, and consistency.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with in-market teams, ensuring they feel well-serviced, heard, and confident in the centralised studio model from day one.
  • Manage client expectations clearly and proactively, communicating timelines, capacity, and any changes to delivery with enough lead time for the markets to plan around them.
  • Represent the studio professionally in all client interactions, bringing a calm, solution-oriented approach to challenges and escalations.
  • Develop a genuine understanding of each market's priorities, sensitivities, and ways of working.

Production & Workflow Management

  • Own the end-to-end production workflow for your markets, from brief intake through to final delivery, ensuring every project moves through the studio on time.
  • Translate client briefs clearly and completely for the creative team, ensuring designers and copywriters have everything they need to start work without unclear or gaps in the brief.
  • Track the status of all active projects across your markets simultaneously, maintaining clear visibility of progress, priorities, and potential bottlenecks at all times.
  • Coordinate effectively across the studio team including designers, copywriters, and HTML developers, managing workload distribution and flagging capacity issues early so the team can respond without surprises.
  • Manage delivery across different time zones, building enough buffer and structure into your workflow planning that market briefs from New Zealand or Philippines can move forward smoothly despite the time difference.
  • Identify production risks early and resolve them proactively, escalating only when necessary and always with a recommended solution rather than just a problem statement.

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project tracking across all active briefs, ensuring the wider team always has clear visibility of what is in progress, what is pending, and what is at risk.
  • Document and refine production processes over time, identifying opportunities to improve turnaround, reduce rework, and make the brief-to-delivery workflow more efficient for both the studio and the markets.
  • Contribute to the onboarding process by helping the studio team understand the client's ways of working, brief formats, and market-specific requirements from the outset.
  • Support the team with reporting and status updates when required, providing clear and accurate information on project progress across your markets.
  • Proactively propose process changes to better the way workflows are managed and deepen the collaboration with clients.
  • Actively explore how AI tools can improve the efficiency of your workflow, whether through smarter brief documentation, automated status reporting, or faster synthesis of client feedback, staying current as the toolset evolves.

Collaboration & Studio

  • Work closely with the Senior Designer, designers, copywriters, and HTML developers to ensure the creative workflow moves efficiently and that everyone has what they need to do their best work.
  • Act as the connective tissue between the client and the studio, ensuring briefs are well-translated, feedback is clearly communicated, and nothing gets lost between the market and the team.
  • Manage your own workload with enough autonomy and structure that your markets always feel looked after, even when the volume is high and the pace is fast.
  • Collaborate effectively with the wider account team including the regional account lead, contributing to a shared understanding of account health, delivery performance, and market relationships.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5 to 8 years of professional project management experience within an agency, studio, or in-house marketing team, with a strong track record of managing high-volume production accounts in a client-facing capacity.
  • Experience managing multi-market or regional accounts, with a demonstrated ability to coordinate delivery and prioritise work as needed across different markets, time zones, and stakeholder groups simultaneously, pivoting when required.
  • Prior experience working on consumer electronics or technology brand accounts is a strong advantage, as familiarity with the category will accelerate your understanding of the client's priorities and ways of working.
  • Strong client relationship skills: professional, personable, and instinctively attentive to how your markets are feeling about the programme and proactively propose changes for improvement, not just whether the deadlines are being met.
  • Solid understanding of CRM and digital production workflows, including how briefs move from intake through design, copy, and HTML build and development to final delivery.
  • Comfortable working with digital communications output including EDMs, push notifications, and in-app messaging assets, with enough production literacy to brief the creative team clearly and flag issues before they become delivery problems.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, meticulous and able to track multiple projects across multiple markets simultaneously without things slipping through the gaps.
  • Clear and confident communicator in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different stakeholders across different markets and seniority levels.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (ie: Monday.com, Jira, and Confluence).
  • Experience working within Adobe Campaign v8 or similar CRM platforms is a strong advantage.
  • An openness to integrating AI tools into your day-to-day project management workflow as a means of improving speed, accuracy, and efficiency across the production process.
  • A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent professional experience will be considered equally.
