Job Description

  • Project Delivery: Responsible for end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, aligned with agreed timelines, quality standards, and cost targets, following formal project management methodology.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between CelcomDigi stakeholders (product owners, business users), ZTE implementation teams, and any third‑party suppliers.
  • RFQ/RFP Support: Assist with preparation of RFQ/RFP responses and produce business justification proposals for project / change approvals
  • Planning & Governance: Develop and negotiate project schedules, manage milestones, track inter-dependencies, enforce governance and escalation processes
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify, assess, escalate project risks and issues proactively, and propose mitigation plans; lead management of scope changes, deviations, and dependencies
  • Contract Oversight: Review and monitor compliance with terms of vendor contract and safeguard client interests
  • Testing & Roll‑out Coordination: Plan and oversee and coordinate data needs, facilitate stakeholder engagement for testing and rollout planning.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular project status reporting, including updates to internal teams and CelcomDigi program managers; prepare workshop materials and steering committee updates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years project management experience in IT/telco environment with client‑facing delivery responsibilities
  • Relevant project management certification preferred.
  • Proven experience with software implementation, BSS, analytics systems, mobile or digital services deployment
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to adapt in ambiguous, fast‑paced situations.
  • Leadership and team coordination across cross-functional units.
  • Proactive problem-solving and ability to negotiate timelines/expectations.
  • High emotional intelligence, conflict-resolution and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver with limited supervision.
