Job Description:
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder discussions
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics
- Own end-to-end delivery: planning, execution, tracking, and closure
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Tech, Product, Finance) to implement solutions
- Optimize and standardize workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and cost
- Build trackers, dashboards, and reports to monitor progress and measure results
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations, and keep stakeholders updated
- Document SOPs and drive adoption of new processes
Requirements:
- Process optimization: process mapping, root-cause analysis, and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Strong Excel skills: INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic data cleaning and analysis
- Proven ability to deliver projects end-to-end, from gap identification through implementation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
- Good organization and the ability to run multiple projects at once
- Prior project management experience preferred
