Job Description

  • Provide administrative, policy, collection, claim servicing, and prospecting support for SME BizCare and Personal Accident (PA) products under Unit 1, PNBMNC.
  • Coordinate end-to-end policy administration, including issuance, endorsements, renewals, and documentation.
  • Support premium collection activities and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Assist in claims servicing processes, including documentation tracking and liaison with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support prospecting and business development activities through data preparation and coordination.
  • Enable the core team to remain focused on client engagement, business growth, and technical advisory matters.
  • Contribute to sustaining service quality and operational effectiveness.

Job Requirement

  • Degree in Insurance or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Acquire end-to-end account management capabilities.
  • Gain hands-on experience in general insurance business operations.
  • Develop skills in managing corporate client portfolios.
  • Enhance business communication and professional correspondence skills.
  • Build exposure to business management processes within a corporate insurance environment.
