Provide administrative, policy, collection, claim servicing, and prospecting support for SME BizCare and Personal Accident (PA) products under Unit 1, PNBMNC.
Coordinate end-to-end policy administration, including issuance, endorsements, renewals, and documentation.
Support premium collection activities and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist in claims servicing processes, including documentation tracking and liaison with relevant stakeholders.
Support prospecting and business development activities through data preparation and coordination.
Enable the core team to remain focused on client engagement, business growth, and technical advisory matters.
Contribute to sustaining service quality and operational effectiveness.
Job Requirement
Degree in Insurance or a related discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
