About the Programme

Join us under the PROTÉGÉ – Ready to Work (RTW) programme, a national initiative designed to enhance the employability of Malaysian graduates. This 12-month programme provides hands-on experience, professional skills development, and exposure to real working environments in the Facilities Management and Construction industry.

Available Placements

We are seeking passionate and proactive graduates to join us in the following functions:

• Quantity Surveyor
• System Specialist (Accounts - SAP)
• Admin Executive
• Information Technology (IT)
• Legal
• Civil Engineering/Construction Management
• Electrical Engineering / M&E
• Building Survey
• Facilities Management
• Architecture
• Mechanical

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support in documentation, data management, and reporting.
• Participate in meetings, assist in project coordination, and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Conduct research, compile information, and prepare simple reports as required.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all related documents.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned department.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in related fields as per mentioned above.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team.

• Duration: 8 months

5) Raub, Pahang (for position IT, Civil Engineering, QS/Building Survey & Facilities Management)

6) Kota Samarahan, Sarawak (for position Architecture, Mechanical, QS, Civil Eng & IT)

7) Cyberjaya (for position Qs, Building Surveyor, Civil Eng & Construction Management)
