Purchasing Assistant (Mandarin)

About the role

As a Mandarin-speaking Purchasing Assistant, you will coordinate with suppliers from the China market, including inquiries, price negotiation, and order follow-up, while also supporting basic accounting tasks such as payment data entry.

What you'll be doing

• Handle daily purchasing activities including sourcing, price comparison, and supplier coordination
• 负责日常采购工作,包括询价、比价及供应商沟通
• Maintain and update purchasing records and supplier databases
• 维护及更新采购记录及供应商资料
• Assist with invoice verification and ensure documents match purchase orders
• 协助核对发票,确保与采购订单一致
• Support payment processing and follow up on outstanding invoices
• 协助付款流程,并跟进未完成的账单
• Assist in general administrative and basic accounting tasks when required (e.g. documentation, data entry)
• 在需要时协助处理一般行政及基础会计事务(文件整理、数据录入等)

What we're looking for

• Minimum Educational Requirements diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
• 最低学历要求拥有供应链管理、商业管理或相关领域的文凭/学位
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Basic understanding of purchasing processes
• 具备基础采购流程认知
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop
• 熟练使用Microsoft Excel 及 Adobe Photoshop
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
• 细心、责任感强,具备良好的组织能力
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• 良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神
