Looking for a proactive Purchasing professional with experience in direct or indirect procurement. You will manage supplier offers, track orders, maintain records, and ensure timely delivery while upholding high quality standards. The ideal candidate is positive, detail-oriented, willing to go the extra mile, and eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source, compare, and evaluate supplier offers to ensure best value.
- Prepare costings, conduct cost analyses, and maintain purchase records.
- Track orders, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely delivery.
- Review product quality and coordinate proper storage with warehouse staff.
- Enter and maintain order details in internal systems.
- Prepare purchase reports and perform general procurement administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any related studies
- Experience in purchasing experience
- Strong analytical and cost analysis skills
- Detailed oriented and good in following up
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Willing to work extra hours when needed
- Open to working on Saturday for a half day on a rotation basis, depending on delivery schedules.
