Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Automation QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of our software applications across web and mobile platforms.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium (Java), Cypress, and Appium.
- Execute automated test cases and report defects, issues, and test results in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, record, and track bugs; perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Continuously improve automation frameworks, processes, and best practices.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and QA review sessions as part of the Agile team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium (Java), Cypress, and Appium.
- Good understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
