Job Description
- Monitor and responsible for the overall quality control in all stages of inspections and testing (Pre -Production, In Process & Finished Product)
- Responsible in the visual and sensory evaluation of the raw materials (packaging, label, quantity, appearance, colour, odour, moisture) to ensure consistency and integrity
- Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards
- Responsible in checking the machine parameters, material code, formulas, tools and product flow
- Select output samples in each phase of processing and test them using appropriate methods
- Responsible and handle all FSSC documentations as well as internal and customer audits
- Troubleshoot and to solve the problem in accordance with company quality standard
- To maintain daily quality inspection report
- To check & ensure the personal hygiene of all workers in production
- To ensure that all the measurement equipment are calibrated as per the schedule as well as proper maintenance of the records
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time
