Junior QA Engineer (Manual Testing)

• Experience Level: Junior (Minimum 1 year)

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

• Location: 1, Jalan Kemajuan, Seksyen 13, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor (Inside Plaza 33)

• Working Hours: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on business and functional requirements.

• Perform functional, system integration (SIT), regression, and user acceptance (UAT) support testing.

• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.

• Validate insurance business processes, including policy issuance, endorsements, claims, and billing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in manual software testing.

• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

• Experience in executing functional, regression, and integration testing.
