Roles
Estimate construction in competitive manner including quantities takeoff / measurement (Civil & Structure, Architecture) during tender stage.
- Value engineering mindset.
- Preparation of tender documentation for submission during tenderstage.
- Contract administration during post contract.
- Preparation & submission of Variation Advise (VA) to client including cost estimation during post contract.
- Assessment of Variation Order (VO) to subcontractors / vendors.
- Preparation of progress claim to Client / Consultants.
- Preparation of progress payment to subcontractors / vendors.
- Negotiation and award of sub-contract work to the subcontractors / vendors.
- To attend project meeting with client / consultant.
- Familiarize with SIA & REDAS Form of Contract Administration including SOP Act of Administration.
- Final Account administration
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
- 5 years of working experience in the construction Industry
- Experience in Data Center
