R&D Engineer - Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and conduct EMC testing to ensure products meet required standards.

Develop test plans, reports, and documentation in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.

Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize hardware and software for EMC compliance testing.

Utilize simulation tools to enhance EMC performance and resolve potential issues.

Collaborate with regional authorities and test labs to strategize EMC standards and best practices.

Drive innovation through Kaizen and Continuous Improvement (Automation) initiatives.

Stay ahead in the field—grow into a recognized expert in EMC compliance!

What We're Looking For:

Educational Background: Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering (CGPA 3.0 / Second Upper and above).

Skills & Qualities: Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to plan effectively and execute tasks with precision.
