Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive Innovation: Source, select, and standardize components for advanced air conditioning technology.
- Be a Key Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product design and development.
- Develop Smart Solutions: Design and implement component-based solutions that enhance:
1. New product features
2. Compliance with evolving regulations
3. Customer satisfaction and application scope
4. Overall quality and performance improvement
- Supplier & Vendor Engagement: Work closely with suppliers for component sourcing, qualification, and evaluation.
- Technical Research & Analysis: Collect and analyze technical data to drive next-generation technology advancements.
- Innovate for the Future: Partner with suppliers and universities to explore and integrate emerging technologies.
- Motor Development Expertise: Plan and execute key processes in fan motor development to optimize performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a CGPA of 3.0 / 2nd Upper or higher.
- Relevant Experience (a Plus!): Hands-on experience in Fan & Motor Development, Aerodynamics, Material Science, or Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions.
- Skills & Traits for Success: Independent, flexible, resourceful, and solution-driven.
- Technical Knowledge: A strong grasp of airflow analysis, product design, and fan & motor development fundamentals.
