Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will handle property transactions, assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and provide expert advice on real estate opportunities. Daily responsibilities include managing communication with clients, conducting market research, arranging property viewings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Agents will represent MegaHarta's commitment to professionalism and excellence in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Proficient Customer Service and Sales skills with the ability to understand and meet client needs
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Previous experience in real estate is highly preferred but not mandatory
• Basic technology proficiency with familiarity in property listing platforms and virtual meeting tools
• Diploma or equivalent education; higher qualifications are an advantage
