Recovery Officer

This is a full-time, on-site Recovery Officer role located in Kuala Lumpur. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing debt recovery processes, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collections. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service throughout the recovery process. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Finance-related tasks
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and creating appropriate recovery strategies
• Experience in Customer Service, focusing on professionalism and empathy
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools will be advantageous
• Previous experience in debt recovery or finance is preferred
• Diploma or equivalent education in Business, Finance, or related fields is an asset
