Technical Recruiter

Location: KL Sentral, Malaysia

Salary: RM3000 + incentive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Review CVs and assess candidates technical skills, experience, salary expectations, notice periods, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
• Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment pipelines, and interview feedback in the recruitment system.
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals across various technical domains.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in technical recruitment or IT talent acquisition is preferred.
• Good understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and industry terminology.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven, with good time management skills.
