Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Recruiter to support client-based hiring across multiple projects. This role involves managing both contract and permanent placements, with a strong focus on niche technical roles and aggressive timelines. The recruiter will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage end-to-end recruitment for client projects (contract and permanent roles)

-Partner with clients and account managers to understand project requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities

-Source and attract candidates for niche and hard-to-fill technical roles (e.g., niche skillsets, legacy systems, specialized tech stacks)

-Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-screened candidates for ongoing and upcoming project needs

-Conduct initial screenings (technical + behavioral) to ensure candidate fit

-Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates within agreed turnaround time (TAT)

-Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients

-Drive offer management, negotiation, and onboarding for both contract and permanent hires

-Track and report recruitment metrics (submission rate, interview-to-offer ratio, time-to-fill, etc.)

-Ensure compliance with client requirements, documentation, and onboarding processes

-Maintain strong candidate relationships for redeployment opportunities (especially for contract roles)

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment within staffing / vendor / outsourcing environment

-Proven experience handling both contract staffing and permanent placements

-Experience working on client-driven hiring (RPO, MSP, or agency model)

-Strong exposure to niche and hard-to-fill tech roles

-Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and multiple concurrent requirements
