Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with prior exposure to the Semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate should have strong end-to-end recruitment experience and a solid understanding of technical hiring within semiconductor/manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Handle IT and technical roles within the Semiconductor domain
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen and assess candidates based on technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
- Build strong talent pipelines for niche semiconductor skills
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of IT recruitment experience
- Mandatory experience hiring for Semiconductor / Manufacturing clients
- Strong understanding of IT technical skill sets
- Experience handling niche and critical technical roles
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with Malaysian job market
