Execute talent acquisition in line with the companys international expansion strategy. Collect and analyze hiring needs across global markets, develop and implement recruitment plans.
Develop and manage international recruitment channels (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet). Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and background checks. Coordinate with local HR teams or external agencies to ensure timely hiring for critical positions.
Drive employer branding initiatives in overseas markets, build a strong local talent community, and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline.
Collaborate with overseas HR teams to support local team-building processes and HR policy alignment.
Track and analyze recruitment data, and support the execution of key talent incentive and referral programs.
Handle other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment; manufacturing industry background preferred.
Familiar with Southeast Asia talent markets; local channel resources are a plus.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills and can work with Chinese colleagues.
Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
