Job Description

We are looking for hungry individual to join our team of 360 recruiters with straight forward commission structure, clear goals/targets and complete autonomy on how you want engage clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Management

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Client Acquisition: Pitch recruitment services to potential clients, negotiate terms of business, and secure new job requisitions.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping advice to clients.

2. Candidate Sourcing & Management

  • Talent Sourcing: Headhunt and identify top-tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and social media.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Shortlisting: Present high-quality candidate shortlists to clients with detailed summaries of their suitability.
  • Process Management: Coordinate interviews, provide briefing/debriefing for candidates, and manage the feedback loop.

3. Negotiation & Closing

  • Offer Management: Act as the intermediary during salary negotiations to ensure a successful outcome for both parties.
  • Compliance: Conduct reference checks and ensure all candidate documentation meets legal and company standards.
  • Post-Placement Follow-up: Maintain contact with placed candidates and clients to ensure a smooth onboarding and long-term retention.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in agency recruitment (preferably in a 360 capacity).
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of hitting sales targets and developing new business.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence high level stakeholders.
  • Resilience: A high degree of self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
