Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to placement.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on talent acquisition and market trends.
- Create and manage job postings to attract high-calibre candidates.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the on boarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment goals and targets.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Recruitment Consultant Should Have
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or corporate sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
