PU Prime is a regulated global CFD broker serving clients in 190+ countries. We are expanding our business and are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our client base, IB network, and trading business.

About the Role

PU Prime is seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to drive business growth, market expansion, and revenue generation across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on developing new markets, acquiring strategic partners, and recruiting, coaching, and managing Country Managers to build successful regional operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business development strategies across SEA.
• Acquire and manage IBs, Money Managers, KOLs, and strategic partners.
• Identify and launch new markets across Southeast Asia.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop Country Managers.
• Drive client acquisition, deposits, trading volume, and revenue.
• Develop market entry strategies, sales plans, and team structures.
• Monitor regional performance and achieve business targets.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Compliance, and other departments.
• Ensure business activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Forex, CFD, or FinTech.
• Minimum 3 years of regional experience across Southeast Asia.
• Proven experience in market expansion and launching new markets.
• Experience managing Country Managers and regional sales teams.
• Strong network of IBs and strategic partners across SEA.
• Proven track record in achieving business and revenue targets.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) - Mandatory.
