Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Regional Sales Manager Should Have
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and sourcing within OEM or ODM, beauty, personal care, or FMCG manufacturing industries.
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills.
- Effective management of both sourcing and account development.
- Business fluency in Chinese and English, both spoken and written (catering stakeholders and suppliers from China).
- Proactive and adaptable attributes, comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Flexibility for regional travel and relocation within key ASEAN countries.
