Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia (Hybrid | Traveling Required)

Salary Package: Monthly Basic + Commission Scheme

About the Role

A global leader and top European manufacturer of food processing equipment is seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to expand its footprint in turnkey powder processing and horizontal spray drying solutions across Asia. Reporting to the Managing Director (Asia), you will drive commercial expansion within the food, feed, and pet food ingredient sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Actively seek out new target customers and market opportunities, driving the solution sales process from start to finish with an entrepreneurial approach.
Develop and implement sales plans, manage project pipelines, and execute new product launches aligned with regional go-to-market strategies.
Manage CRM system tracking for assigned target accounts, leads, prospects, and sales network partners to deliver sustainable sales growth.
Maintain active CRM pipeline performance tracking in close collaboration with global sales and business development teams.

Key Requirements

Relevant educational background in Food Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Bio-Processing, or equivalent.
Extensive knowledge and proven track record in solution selling spray drying equipment and technologies for food protein and powder ingredient processing.
Proactive hunter mindset, results-oriented, and comfortable leading long-cycle capital equipment deals.
Strong track record working within international sales teams and utilizing CRM/sales enablement tools.
Excellent communication skills with full professional fluency in spoken and written English.
