How You'll Help Us Grow

As a Regulatory Affairs Executive, you will manage and work toward the accomplishment of the Malaysia business goals and objectives within the regulatory team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the regulatory needs for a portfolio of technical grade active ingredients and end-use products.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Dossier Management: Establishing, writing, and building registration dossiers in accordance with Malaysia PB requirements for new product registrations and renewals.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Providing insights to enhance product line performance, ensuring compliance with applicable pesticide laws, and promoting product stewardship.
  • Regional Support: Supporting regulatory affairs activities in other Southeast Asian (SEA) countries as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and industry trade associations like CropLife.
  • Business Continuity: Delivering timely registrations to grow the Malaysia business unit and preventing disruptions due to regulatory issues.
  • Financial Accountability: Managing R&D budgets and expense monitoring in line with country targets.
  • Database Maintenance: Managing and maintaining the registration database to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Could This Be You

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities who can drive regulatory excellence .

Mandatory

  • A tertiary qualification in Agricultural Science, Plant/Biology, Biotechnology, or a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Significant experience in the crop protection industry, particularly in Malaysia pesticide registration.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective communication abilities in English.

Desirable

  • Demonstrated experience in a regulatory affairs role.
  • Experience in chemical regulatory affairs, toxicology, weed science, agronomy, or plant pathology.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to work independently or as a team player.
