Job Purpose
Responsible to solicit sales of all lending products, including related cross-selling, under Direct Channel, Group Enterprise Banking.
Accountabilities
- Proactively solicit and market range of lending products including related cross-selling, under Direct Channel.
- Achieve stretched individual targets.
- Provide support to Sales Manager in achieving team targets.
- Provide consistent service, support and participate in all marketing activities undertaken in the Direct Channel from time to time.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with property developers, real estate agents, lawyers, valuers and customers.
- Ensure that lending applications and other required documentations related works comply and defect free.
- Ensure at all time adherence to credit and business operational processes and compliant to regulatory and control requirements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Statistics, Accounting or related discipline. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Preferably 2 or 3 years working experience in sales & marketing.
- Possess relevant insurance licenses.
- Good communication/interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good time management.
- Able to work independently with self-initiative or without much supervision.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Competent in basic analysis of company and personal financials.
