Your Role in VT Markets

VT Markets is expanding its client coverage for the European region and is seeking a French-speaking Relationship Manager to support and manage relationships with qualified trading clients. In this role, you will take ownership of clients transitioned from the Account Manager team and focus on delivering a high standard of service, engagement, and long-term relationship management in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Working Hours

2:00pm -11:00pm from Monday to Friday

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Fluent in French (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, or sales roles within trading platforms or financial services.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and compliance awareness.

Your Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop new trading clients through proactive outreach and relationship building initiatives.
  • Maintain regular, high-volume client contact through various communication channels including phone, email, and digital platforms.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to maximize retention and satisfaction.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through professional, timely, and solution-focused communication.
  • Promote VT Markets comprehensive suite of products and services effectively to meet individual client needs and trading objectives.
  • Proactively follow up on client inquiries and provide high-level support to resolve issues and enhance client experience.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and education to clients on trading platforms, systems, and market strategies.
  • Conduct detailed client portfolio analysis and implement strategic actions to optimize client trading performance and engagement.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company legal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and compliance procedures in all client interactions.
