Remote Sales Director

You will lead a team of talented Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives, focusing on enterprise and mid-market sales. Accountabilities

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in software development and project management.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Strong leadership and stress management abilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills backed by prior experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective decision-making and prioritization skills.
• Experience in successful ERP implementations.
• Understanding of risk management principles.
• Ability to be a meticulous team player and self-starter.
• Experience in training users on systems and functionalities.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince 2) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like MS-Project or Zoho Projects.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
