Research Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Equity Research team in Kuala Lumpur. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside senior analysts and gain hands-on experience in company and sector coverage, with exposure to institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior analysts in company coverage and report writing.

• Build and maintain earnings models and sector databases.

• Compile daily market news and morning updates.

• Attend company briefings, site visits, and prepare meeting notes.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related field).

• 1–2 years of experience in equity research or related industry (fresh graduates will also be considered).

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling.

• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
