Job Description:

  • Drive go-to-market strategies for new product and service launches, including the planning and execution of in-app marketing campaigns and co-branded promotions.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to scope, prioritise, and deliver key projects and special initiatives.
  • Provide marketing leadership and insights for ad-hoc initiatives requiring rapid execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Project-manage end-to-end campaign delivery, coordinating closely with Business Development, Operations, Business Intelligence, Product, and Creative teams.
  • Lead the conceptualisation, development, and deployment of marketing assets across relevant channels.
  • Own marketing budget planning, tracking, and optimisation in collaboration with the Business Finance team.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing effectiveness and inform decision-making.
  • Analyse campaign performance and user behaviour to uncover growth opportunities and drive continuous optimisation.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and stay abreast of trends across e-commerce platforms and the financial services landscape.

Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a high-performing organization, ideally in a role encompassing management consulting or corporate strategy or investment banking / private equity.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute projects.
  • Background in e-commerce or fast-paced tech start-ups is advantageous.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, coupled with outstanding communication and project management abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to execution.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial savvy, with a demonstrated ability to drive tangible outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree required while experience in marketing is not required, a willingness to learn and adapt to marketing principles and practices is beneficial.
