About This Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Revenue Manager to lead revenue and pricing initiatives across our channels in Malaysia, including partnerships with local agents, Dandelion partners, and digital platforms.
This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, optimizing margins, and enhancing transaction efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with deep expertise in money transfer pricing and revenue management, both in brick-and-mortar and digital environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue strategies aligned with the company's objectives in Malaysia.
- Manage pricing models and margin optimization across all channels and partners in the country.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Treasury, Trading, and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of revenue plans.
- Monitor and analyze transaction volumes, pricing performance, and margin trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead initiatives to improve revenue efficiency and transaction profitability.
- Support the onboarding and performance management of local agents and digital partners.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on revenue performance and strategic initiatives.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes in Malaysia.
Position Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in money transfer pricing and revenue management, with proven success in both physical retail and digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working in multi-channel environments within Malaysia.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to Malaysia are a plus.
