Job Responsibilities:

  • 客户资料审核
  • 按照交易所及监管机构要求进行尽职调查,审核客户提供身份证明、地址证明、资金来源证明等资料真实性、完整性、合规性;
  • 核对客户信息与官方文件或机审或第三方验证结果,确保真实性和合法性;
  • 对可疑交易或异常客户资料进行调查和上报(AML监测);
  • 配合内部风控、法务及外部监管机构的审计和检查。
  • 资料录入与系统维护
  • 将审核结果及时录入客户管理系统;
  • 维护客户资料的完整性与安全性;
  • 定期核查资料有效期、更新和归档。
  • 风险预警与报告
  • 识别潜在风险客户或异常资料;
  • 按要求生成日报、周报或专项审核报告;
  • 对高风险客户或交易行为提供预警信息。
  • 流程优化与培训
  • 协助完善审核流程、标准和操作指引;
  • 对新入职同事或相关部门进行资料审核规范培训。

Job requirements:

  • 学历与专业
  • 大专及以上学历,金融、法律、审计、会计或相关专业优先;
  • 有交易所、银行、券商、第三方支付或风控相关经验者优先。
  • 工作经验
  • 1-3年以上客户资料审核、KYC/AML、风控或合规工作经验;
  • 熟悉国内外金融监管规定(如反洗钱、客户身份识别等)。
  • 技能与能力
  • 熟练使用办公软件及内部管理系统(Excel、数据库等);
  • 逻辑分析能力强,注重细节,能够处理大量重复性工作;
  • 良好的沟通能力,能与风控、法务、客户服务等团队协作;
  • 高度的保密意识和责任心。
  • 英语六级以上,需要三班倒
