RPA developer

Description

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to help drive our enterprise automation initiatives. This role involves end-to-end responsibilities from requirement gathering, process assessment, bot development, deployment, to maintenance. The developer will work closely with business units to ensure automation solutions are efficient and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to assess automation feasibility and provide technical recommendations
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions like UiPath, MS Power Automate
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals
• Monitor and maintain deployed bots, handling exceptions and troubleshooting issues
• Promote standardization and share best practices across RPA use cases
• Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in RPA development like UiPath, MS Power Automate
• Basic programming skills in VB.NET, C#, or Python
• Ability to independently analyze business processes and evaluate automation opportunities
• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medium to large-scale RPA projects
• Proficient in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Framework
• Familiarity with database operations (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server)
• UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate)
• Experience with other automation tools such as Power Automate or Automation Anywhere
