Description

We are seeking an RPA Developer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robotic process automation solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows.
Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Monitor and maintain existing RPA systems, making updates as necessary to improve efficiency and adapt to changing business needs.
Document RPA processes and maintain records of automation workflows for future reference and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in RPA development or related field.
Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
Understanding of business process management and workflow automation principles.
Ability to analyze and optimize processes for automation.
Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
