Are you our next Talent Advisor ready to join our Randstad Enterprise
Join our team at Randstad Enterprise in our Financial Services (banking) RPO account on an initial 12-month contract, as a Talent Advisor based in our client's Malaysia KL Office. You will play a pivotal role in our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) account and work alongside our high performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic talent advisory support stakeholders and business leaders within the financial services sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and define current and future skills requirements.
- Initiate diverse sourcing activities to ensure a consistent supply of qualified candidates meeting the unique demands of the banking industry.
- Engage with hiring managers and candidates regularly, delivering updates on the recruitment process.
- Develop and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, briefing, preparing candidates, and negotiating remuneration packages.
- Share market insights and competitor intelligence to educate hiring managers on supply and demand trends in the financial services talent market.
About You:
- Proven experience in financial services or corporate industry end-to-end recruitment
- Track record of understanding clients hiring needs and developing effective candidate generation strategies (passive and active).
- Agency or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience considered advantageous.
- Highly organized, with effective time management skills.
- Thrives in structured environments and follows established processes.
- Comfortable in 100% office based role.
