Job Description

Job Title: Sales Account Executive

Location: Bangsar South

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: Head of BOD

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role combines sales, account management, and light project coordination to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to our clients, with a strong focus on supporting new customer acquisition and maintaining high service standards for ongoing projects.

Job Description:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers through networking, referrals, cold calling and market research, with a focus on acquiring new logos and driving business growth.
  • Sales Presentation & Solutioning: Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits. Propose solutions to meet client needs and challenges.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Ensure continuous engagement and excellent customer experience to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams and other departments to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and feedback to the sales team and management during sales meeting.
  • Account Coordination: Support coordination of ongoing projects related to client accounts. Follow up on deliverables, documentation, and timelines to ensure smooth customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • General Administrative Duties: Maintain and update customer databases. Assist in preparing reports and handling ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Degrees in Business, Marketing, IT, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, willing to learn and a team player.
  • Able to travel as required.
