Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Account Manager will manage client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth. Daily responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves working collaboratively with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction to manage client relationships and ensure outstanding service quality.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Lead Generation to identify new business opportunities and build long-term client partnerships.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure and data center solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
