Job Description

Job Responsibility

Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to promote products or services effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales opportunities.
Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
Maintain and update customer databases and RM systems to ensure accurate records and effective communication.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance sales and marketing efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and finance, to achieve common goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Good Leadership Skills)
Knowledgeable and experience in various sales and marketing platform
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of RM software.
Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Prior experience in sales or marketing roles, internships, or relevant coursework is a plus but not required.
