Sales and Marketing Executive

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Executive role based in Cyberjaya. The Sales and Marketing Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and build long-term relationships with clients across enterprise and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Commercial Support

• Manage and develop existing B2B customer accounts
• Manage opportunities from RFQ through to order and project follow-up
• Respond to customer enquiries
• Proactively follow up quotations and opportunities to secure orders
• Coordinate with Account Managers, customers, suppliers, technical teams, and operations
• Manage open orders, delivery requirements, and customer expectations
• Maintain accurate CRM, quotation, and customer account information

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

• Responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and improve client retention
• Execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
• Support lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs and ROI

Content, Branding & Communications

• Manage and oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including digital and print materials
• Create and schedule content for social media, EDMs, website, and digital platforms
• Develop marketing presentations and materials for partnership collaborations with external parties
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing touchpoints
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver integrated marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, competition, and emerging opportunities
• Execute ad-hoc tasks and assist with any marketing-related activities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support or digital marketing, preferably in B2B or technology sectors
• Strong communication, presentation, copywriting, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and market data
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Familiarity with CRM tools, basic digital marketing practices, and a results-driven, customer-focused mindset.
