Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Sales and Marketing position based in Johor Bahru, with the flexibility to work remotely on some days. The role involves driving sales and marketing activities, managing customer relationships, delivering high-quality customer service, identifying business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with team members to enhance product knowledge, provide training, and develop strategies to support overall organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including goal-setting and achieving sales quotas
  • Experience in training and mentoring team members to improve performance and knowledge
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility and time management skills
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Previous experience in the insurance or takaful industry is a plus
  • Relevant academic qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field
